At DME Tuning, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
